Our support service

EnterpriseBI offer a dedicated support service for all our clients. We are an IBM Accredited Support Providing Partner and are able to offer first line support services for both Cognos BI and TM1. Due to our holistic view of support we are always available to discuss techniques, upgrades, infrastructure design etc.

For a more ad-hoc approach to support we offer ‘Support Credits’. These are pre-purchased and can be used in 15 minute increments to cover all aspects of support and advice.
